Acceptance of Terms

By using EsMarket.cc, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, stop using the platform.

These terms apply to buyers, sellers, merchants, guests, and any visitor who accesses marketplace features, storefronts, or account tools.

Definitions

Buyer means any user purchasing or attempting to purchase a listing. Seller means any user creating a listing or receiving an order.

Listing means a digital good or service published on EsMarket.cc. Order means a completed checkout for a listing. Wallet means the EsWallet balance shown in your account.

Platform Role

EsMarket.cc operates as a digital marketplace that enables users to list, discover, and purchase digital goods and related services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, EsMarket.cc is not the original publisher, developer, or rights holder of third-party game content, accounts, items, or currency sold by users on the platform.

Account Eligibility and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, wallet, credentials, and any linked contact details.

You must provide accurate registration and payout information and keep it current while using the platform.

• You may not impersonate another person, brand, or merchant.
• You may not share accounts in a way that compromises platform security.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must publish accurate listing titles, descriptions, pricing, stock, delivery promises, and any required trade instructions.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders within the time promised in their listings and for responding to legitimate buyer support requests.

• Do not list prohibited, stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized goods.
• Do not misrepresent delivery speed, stock, or account ownership.
• Do not attempt to move transactions or payment discussions off-platform to avoid fees or protections.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must review listing details before purchasing and must provide any required delivery information truthfully and promptly.

Buyers may not abuse dispute systems, chargebacks, refund requests, or communication channels.

• Do not submit false claims or intentionally misleading evidence.
• Do not reverse delivered digital goods after a seller has fulfilled the order.
• Do not harass sellers, staff, or other users.

Digital Goods and Delivery

Digital goods can be delivered through chat, account transfer, in-game trade, or other methods specified in the listing.

You must follow the delivery instructions provided by the seller. Failure to provide required details may delay or forfeit delivery.

Payments, Fees, and Wallet Balances

Marketplace fees, seller fees, promotions, bumps, and wallet conversions may apply depending on the transaction type and account role.

Wallet balances, credits, or promotional amounts may be limited to platform use unless otherwise stated.

You authorize EsMarket.cc and its payment partners to process payments, payouts, balance deductions, and related verification checks needed to complete transactions safely.

• EsWallet funds may be funded by crypto deposits or other approved methods.
• Gift card balances are separate from EsWallet and may have additional limits.
• Card payment methods may be limited or unavailable in some regions.

Gift Cards and Rewards

Gift cards are promotional balances that may be redeemed to your separate gift card balance and used during eligible checkout flows.

Gift card balances cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another user outside official platform tools.

Gift card balances cannot currently be transferred directly into EsWallet. During checkout, eligible gift card balance may be combined with your EsWallet balance and applied automatically.

Gift card Litecoin withdrawal requests require at least $200.00 in gift card balance and at least $100.00 in EsWallet balance. The $100.00 EsWallet coverage amount is also debited when the withdrawal request is submitted.

For example, a $200.00 gift card withdrawal request creates a $300.00 Litecoin payout request by debiting $200.00 from gift card balance and $100.00 from EsWallet balance.

Gift card withdrawal requests are subject to address validation, risk checks, rate limits, manual review, and payout availability. EsMarket.cc may reject, delay, or require support review for suspicious or non-compliant withdrawal requests.

EsRBF Eligibility and Coverage

EsRBF is an optional buyer pricing and coverage feature available only on supported listings and only after account requirements are met.

To qualify, a buyer must have at least 10 completed delivered deals, at least $100.00 total deposited, and an account that is at least 14 days old.

After those requirements are met, EsRBF starts with a $50.00 maximum coverage amount.

Coverage then scales based on lifetime total deposited amount: for every $400.00 deposited, the buyer receives $100.00 of EsRBF coverage.

For example, $400.00 total deposited provides $100.00 coverage, $800.00 total deposited provides $200.00 coverage, and $1,200.00 total deposited provides $300.00 coverage.

EsRBF discounts or coverage cannot exceed the buyer's current EsRBF coverage limit. For example, if a listing would reduce a $300.00 order to $200.00, that uses $100.00 of coverage.

EsRBF requirements, limits, coverage calculations, and supported listings may change to manage fraud, abuse, marketplace risk, or operational needs.

Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks

Refund eligibility depends on order status, transaction evidence, platform policies, and whether the seller fulfilled the listing as described.

EsMarket.cc may request screenshots, chat logs, trade proof, delivery evidence, or account records to resolve disputes.

Abusive chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account restrictions, collection activity, or permanent suspension.

Promotions, Bids, and Ranking

EsMarket.cc may offer seller tools that affect listing visibility, including bumps, promoted placement, featured exposure, or ranking adjustments.

Using a bump or promotional feature does not guarantee a sale, a specific traffic volume, or permanent top placement.

Risk Scoring and Verification

We may use risk scoring, device checks, and verification steps to protect buyers and sellers from fraud or abuse.

Linking trusted accounts or enabling additional security factors may improve your risk score while violations may reduce it.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to violate law, intellectual property rights, platform security, or third-party game terms in a way that exposes EsMarket.cc or its users to harm.

• Fraud, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Automated scraping, abusive bots, or manipulation of rankings, feedback, or disputes.
• Uploading unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.

Moderation and Enforcement

EsMarket.cc may remove listings, freeze balances, limit features, reject payouts, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce marketplace rules.

We may investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with payment providers, service partners, or legal authorities where appropriate.

Availability and Maintenance

EsMarket.cc may perform maintenance, pause marketplace browsing, or restrict features for safety or operational reasons.

Direct product links may remain available during maintenance windows at our discretion.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every listing will remain lawful or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EsMarket.cc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from marketplace use, seller conduct, buyer conduct, third-party game actions, or service interruptions.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update marketplace features, fees, workflows, ranking logic, protections, or these terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
